Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Good question! For starters, full-time employees are expensive (the salary of a senior-level designer alone exceeds $100,000 before benefits).
Creative Stars provides the expertise of designers and copywriters with decades of experience for a monthly cost lower than the salary of a junior marketing professional.
Our model lets clients stop and start subscriptions at any time. You’ll only pay for our services when you have work available for us.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Our Pro subscription allows for one request at a time. Our Premium subscription allows for two requests at a time. As soon as one project is approved and complete, you can make another submission.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, we can complete most small requests (logos, images, infographics, social media assets) within two days. Medium-sized projects can take about a week. Complex projects may take longer, but we work with our clients to meet their timing needs.
Who is on the Creative Stars team?
We’re a pair of experienced creative marketers. We have worked on assets for companies like Getty Images, Meetup, HBO, Soundcloud, AllTrails, Nextdoor, and so many others. You’re in good hands!
What programs do you design in?
It depends on the request. Most requests are designed using Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or After Effects.
How do I request designs?
Creative Stars offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Drop a Google doc brief or Figma file. Share a Loom video if you prefer to talk out your request instead of writing it.
What if I don't like the design?
That’s fine. We support individual requests and will provide a quote for the service.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high-touch nature of the work, we do not offer refunds.
